Nagaoka 4x5 field camera with 150mm f/5.6 Rodenstock Sironar. Fuji Pro 160NS developed by Peak.
My first trip to Scotland was in October 2018. I visited the highlands and stayed in Onich for a week with over a dozen friends from the film section of the Talk Photography forum. Most of the week was a complete was out with heavy rain (at one point we almost got stuck in Oban overnight when the rain caused floods and landslides on the roads out of the coastal town), but for a couple of short outings we were treated to dramatic skies and patchy sunshine. One such time was when driving down through Glen Etive in the Glencoe area, so we all stopped regularly for photo opportunities.
This was taken by the side of the river, looking south west towards the loch on the other side of the hazy mountains.
I only managed to take half a dozen colour photos on my large format Nagaoka over the week, due to the weather. This is one of my favourite shots from the week.
